Intabularea constructiilor noi Inscrierea constructiei noi, adica intabularea acesteia costa 60 de lei, plus 0,05% din valoarea de impozitare a constructiei, termenul de avizare fiind de 21 de zile lucratoare. Pentru obtinerea adeverintei de numar postal si/sau pentru obtinerea deciziei de scoatere a terenului din circuitul agricol (daca acea constructie a fost ridicata pe un astfel de teren), OCPI percepe o taxa suplimentara de 60 de lei (regim normal) sau 300 de lei (urgenta). Taxa se aplica pentru notarea adresei postale si/sau schimbarea categoriei de folosinta a terenului in Cartea Funciara. Intabularea terenurilor La terenurile intravilane si la terenurile extravilane taxa OCPI este tot de 120 de lei, in regim normal (21 zile lucratoare). Pentru certificatele de mostenire si sentintele civile emise in acest sens, pe langa cei 120 de lei (taxa in regim normal), OCPI percepe o taxa suplimentara de 0,15% din valoarea terenului (regim normal) sau 0,75% (urgenta). In cazul terenurilor, se mai achita, de la caz la caz: - taxa pentru alipire : 60 de lei (avizare in zece zile lucratoare); - taxa pentru dezmembrare : 60 de lei (avizare in zece zile lucratoare). Tarife si termene in regim de urgenta Persoanele care vor sa obtina rapid documentele de intabulare trebuie sa achite bani in plus.
