Regretfully I have to announce that I am temporarily out of commission. I have a herniated disc at L2. I am currently laying flat on my back and cannot move at all! One slight move and Im screaming and squirming in agonizing intense pain!! Collapsed on the ground too many times to count and got stuck on the floor for an hour this afternoon with no help. Once I could move and get to the phone I called to get an emergency chiropractic appointment. Havent seen a chiropractor in probably three or four years. So I wasnt established anywhere. I called my mom to come help me as I could not drive or walk. I wasnt able to get any relief as of yet. But have an appointment tomorrow to return back to the chiropractor. He thinks he can help me so thats good. I cannot move my head without triggering a major spasm that has me going out of my mind in pain. I cannot walk I have to be helped with every step which I dread. I keep thinking I cant handle all this pain but I have to. Thank you Pattie Graefen Sentinella for showing up at the chiropractors office today and helping me to the car and home. And thank you for staying with me until Mike got home. And thanks mom!! This feels very scary
