Regular exercise has been shown to improve memory, concentration, and sleep quality. An exercise program using age-appropriate resistance training (coached by a trained instructor) improves balance, coordination, agility, muscle strength, and bone strength! For young athletes, cross-training helps prevent injury. FFK classes are currently offered Monday and Wednesday at Bodyworks. Ages 5-10 at 4:00, ages 11-16 at 5:00.
