Reiki Level 1 Course.......... Ardgillan Holistic Centre, Sat 12th Oct. Full day Open to anyone with an interest in Reiki (no previous knowledge or experience is required), and is ideal for people who just wish to use Reiki on themselves, family and friends, as well as being the essential foundation for those who want to go on to further courses. Students will receive the First Degree Attunement which opens the channels and connects the healer to this limitless source of healing energy. Students will learn the history of Reiki and Ethical Principles, introduction to Energy, Chakra system and Aura, Reiki healing hand positions for self healing, for healing others and animals. Lots of time will be given to practical sessions thus enabling each student to gain an understanding, confidence and joy in working with Reiki.
