Related to the mudslide that occurred last night near our West Bank campus, we are venting our liquid oxygen tanks so that we can relocate a piece of equipment. This measure will not impact patient care and poses no safety concerns. This activity will, however, create a cloud that might be visible to the public. The process might also cause noise in the surrounding area. There is no reason for concern among our patients or the surrounding community. Engineers have examined our facility buildings and office spaces closest to the mudslide and deemed them structurally sound.
