Relay for Life is quickly approaching for Ford and Gray counties. The event is scheduled for Friday, June 27th at 6pm. We will be walking in this years relay at Memorial Stadium in Dodge City. If you would like to join my team, please visit relayforlife.org. Our team name is No One Fights Alone and you can add yourself as a team member. For those with the purple No One Fights Alone shirts, we will be wearing those. If you do not have one, that is OK!!! Just wear something purple, orange, or gray. It is requested that each team member donate at least $10. Our team goal was $100, however, we have surpassed that goal. I would like to raise the bar…I think we can raise $1000. Many of you have asked how you can help. Visit the website, relayforlife.org and find our team. You can place an online donation. Also, if you are wanting to dedicate a luminary in honor of someone affected by cancer, the American Cancer Society requests a $10 donation. I am happy to help decorate/label the luminaries. Please, just let me know. If you are unable to be part of the team, I ask that you pray for each of us and all those participating on the 27th. This is a cause very dear to my heart. God bless.
