Relevant Soul Food Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy. You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea. Micah 7:18-19. Good morning lets continue with our discussion on being patient with yourself. As humans who try as we may to do whats right, mistakes will happen. Then there are times when we just flat out say screw it and do what we know is wrong. Now if you have a conscious most times theres an overwhelming sense of guilt, remorse, and fear that someone will find out our secret sin. We punish ourselves emotionally, and spiritually and hold onto these feelings, and for some reason cant seem to let them go. Well todays scripture teaches us that not even God who is perfect holds our past against us, he tramples our sins and mistakes and disposes of them to a place that is not easily located or dug up. Think about it, when you throw out your garbage you dont go back in the trash to see or smell it. So why do it with your sin... Remember Love, Live, Learn, Achieve.
