Religious fanatics of all creeds fascinate me! Especially the kind that takes up arms - and there have been many, in almost all faiths. Amazingly, there have even been militant Buddhist monks - an oxymoron I agree! I have watched them on video, admired their eloquence, marvelled at their passion, envied their charisma. For most of them, there is a certain fearsome sanity to their madness - a certain irrational logic to their doctrine. But this Abubakar Shekau psycho in Nigeria - he is different! He looks and acts like a common village lout - and he does actually look unhinged, especially when he emits that strange esoteric laugh!
