Then he wins the Court hearing and gets awarded $300k..... WELL GUESS WHAT, 1. The $300k was well short of what he was owed 2. Just because you get a court order it doesnt mean you get paid. We know for a fact that as of today this hasnt been paid and WATTS AND HUGHES CONSTRUCTION are still refusing to pay. Court orders dont make companies pay. They are like lawyers, they feast off litigation and do JACK SHIT! While Pera works his arse off to support his family and pay his workers, Craig Watts Managing director of Watts and Hughes is sitting in his multi million dollar St Heliers Auckland pad giving legal instruction. Lets report this......... How shitty our piss poor legal system is, driven by manicured poindexters in suits that allow the honest bloke to get screwed.
