Remember anyone who would like to come out and cheer us on...we will be leaving Staufs Coffee Roasters at 6am and heading 70 miles to join the Fairborn, OH community in the Walk To Defeat ALS Central & Southern Ohio, put on by The ALS Association Central & Southern Ohio Chapter. Riders, Walkers, and Volunteers...here is the skinny on where and when: Dayton Walk Sunday | September 14, 2014 Walk Check-in: 9:30 AM Walk Starts: 11:00 AM Location: Fairborn Community Park Distance: 2 miles We will have 5 hrs of riding to go the 70 miles (breaks and stops included) and this means the challenge is in maintaining a 15mph average pace...weather is looking amazing and I look forward to the ride this Sunday.
