Remember esteemed and brave, oh so very brave, Tulsa Police - TopicsExpress

Remember esteemed and brave, oh so very brave, Tulsa Police Officer Marvin Blades, Jr. He was so brave and such a hero that he robbed drivers of their money during traffic stops while he was on duty and driving his official police car. He was convicted and given 35 years in prison. His appeal of his convictions was decided on July 25th, and fortunately, the court upheld his convictions and sentence. His main argument on appeal was that he could not be convicted of Robbery with a Firearm because he never brandished his service firearm or verbally threatened to use it during the robberies. The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals struck down that argument noting that the statute does not require the gun to be brandished or that the criminal threaten to use it. The robbery only need to be effected with the use of a firearm. Enjoy your next 35 years in prison you sick psychopath. (Of which you will have to serve at least 85%.) I am sure all the cop sycophants still support you and understand how you were completely justified in robbing motorists of their money.
