Remember folks theres free live music at the Market Cross at lunchtime and on the stage at Harrison Sq in the town centre all afternoon. Some great artists and bands playing as part of the Living Lerwick Fair Isle Festival. Heres the line up again: 1pm - Market Cross - The Lerwick Pipe Harrison Square Stage 1pm - Margaret Scollays Tattoo Fiddlers (Come and see the group of fiddlers who are playing in Edinburgh at the Edinburgh Military Tattoo this year) 2pm Toni Sigdwick (Great young singer / songwriter) 3pm - Autopilot (Battle of the Bands winners) 4pm Bernadette Porter and Friends (Terrific traditional music and song) 5pm - North Country Fair (Some great Americana influenced music) 6pm - 6.45 Donald Anderson Band (One of Shetlands most enduring rock bands to finish off the day in powerful style) Come on down. Remember all the Bergen Race yachts are still in town, so it promises to be a lively afternoon. The weathers good too - so nae excuse :-) Hopefully see you there.
