Remember that picture I posted earlier of the cup of coffee from Canada. I made a quip about common sense prevailing. Well I have to apologize about that. I feel really bad for forwarding on a myth that I really had no idea the facts in that case. I heard what the media and certain politicians said about it and bought it hook line and sinker. Please watch the HBO documentary HOT COFFEE. What is happening in the American Justice system is way more important than you may believe or understand. Not every lawsuit is frivolous and people who get hurt by negligence of big business are not being treated fairly because big firms have manipulated our views and led us to believe tort reform was for our benefit and not theirs.
