Remember that there are many duas you cannot make for every muslim, for example, you cannot ask Allah to forgive all the muslims, since He revealed that He will not forgive them all. Asking for this, while knowing that, would constitute blasphemy. Likewise if you know other matters that Allah has revealed will not be a certain way, you cannot make dua asking for that, it would also be kufr. For example, asking Allah to guide Iblis, it goes against Quran. And there are other matters like this. So, when you make a dua, do not make a dua for all the muslims unless you know its something which can be applied to all of the muslims. With regards to the dua list, this is part of the reason why I have made such a list. There are things in my dua I cannot say for every muslim.
