Remember that you are as only strong as what you put your body and mind through. Here is a video that shows 44 exercises that you can eventually accomplish. When you practice simple exercises like a regular pushup, do you tell yourself to never quit, I am strong, push, push, push, and so forth? If you mentally get yourself to accomplish the pushup over and over, will you ever push yourself beyond to try new exercises? Remember that no one is perfect and we all have started life not knowing a single thing about life and how to do just about anything. Look at all the masters in any martial art style and realize they at one time did not know a single thing about the martial arts just like all other humans. Most of the exercises in this video are difficult to accomplish. Take your training slowly and start out with simple exercises you can accomplish. Over a few weeks to a couple months, start trying out a couple new exercises at a time. If you failed your first attempt at those exercises, dont worry.
