Remember, the Father is working and Christ is working continuously. There are diversities of gifts, but through the same Spirit. There are many administrations, but the same Lord. There are many diverse operations, but the same God that works all in all (1Cor. 12:4-6). Thus, the government of the Church differs from area to area, and there are many ways that the Church can be organised. Hence centralisation is not seen as the ideal system. Indeed, the tithe laws and system preclude such a system. However, that does not mean that individuals are excused from organising into effective groups and working within organisations. It is written: Hebrews 10:24-25 and let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. (RSV) How much more so is there a requirement to work now than when Hebrews was given?
