Remember the deer-in-headlights looking yearling fifty something days ago that wouldnt let me lay a finger on him? because watching this video Im not sure if I do ! SO PROUD of my baby on his first visit from the farrier today I couldnt be there but Bri was nice enough to send me this. What an awesome, patient, talented farrier to take his time to let Sampson get to this point. I have not been able to make this much progress with him on his hooves but I am speechless at what a smart and trusting baby I have, combined with someone who truly understands horses and took the time he needed. 8PM and Im making the 40 minute hike in a minute to hug this baby with the biggest smile on my face
