Remember the original trillion dollar stimulus? The one packed full of shovel ready jobs like rebuilding/repairing roads and bridges. But the money was in fact used to make union retirement funds and healthcare packages solvent, and used for green energy programs that have produced nothing. So, how do states get the needed money to fix their roads? Simple, the Obama administration is changing the law so individual states can set up toll booths on the interstate highways that run through them.
