Remember the two things most contentious in the amended Employment Equity Regulations are; 1] Black people who emigrated from neighboring states like Zimbabwe, Congo, Nigeria, Kenya etc who received citizenship after 1994 are all qualifying to be empowered ahead of Coloured people who are the original inhabitants of this country. 2] The three top posts at any company MUST be given to African blacks [78%] and not Coloured people even if we are better qualified. Not only is this government racist, this companies who is going to uphold this racist amended Employment Equity Regulations is also racist and busy with economic oppression, not only is this companies foreign companies they all operate on dispossessed land. This Employment Equity Regulations help with the ANC Led Governments plan of force assimilation process and extinction plan of our race by encourage other ethnic groups to come to South Africa to become citizens and further dispossess us of everything. They will dispossess us in social, economic and in political by voting against us. And still no notification or complaint to the United Nations various departments about this destructive policy by government and by other ethnic groups not from this country. This means these people will get houses before us and even land. What is about to take place is what happen to the Indigenous tribes in USA. We will live in a country that once belongs to us and it will be fully run, manage and control by other countries people or citizens claiming to be the natives of South Africa. And again there is still those protecting this government of the day amongst us, in our organizations, structures, councils, houses and in our communities and representing us. When is this going to stop... We the first people or descendants supposed to get 51% employment rights here in Western Cape and in the entire country. And still they refer to us on the Apartheid racist and derogatory identity “Coloureds” which make this government no better than the Colonial government or colonial countries and the Apartheid government.
