Remember when you say you love and support a genre or scene and you try to go around the promoters to get comps. Supporting is paying the fees to get in, so the promoters can continue to do more events. If a door fee is $20-$30 that means the promoters prob put up around 10k(smaller shows) of their own. If you cant afford it, offer to help promote when the event is first announced(not 2 days before).
