Remembering and honoring the fallen, the Navy Seals Chris Kyle, - TopicsExpress

Remembering and honoring the fallen, the Navy Seals Chris Kyle, unequivocally American, paid an ultimate sacrifice for his service for himself, his family, his friends, our nation. After several years of doing what he did, ultimately being ironically and tragically killed himself by the bullet in the US by a PTSD soldier he was trying to help. If anyone is trying to paint this guy as a savage killing so-called savages, well, that is just wrong in itself with all the definite ambiguities he had to face on the field and in his head for sure. Sure the extreme lefty political pundits have their due shot at this fallen hero, calling him barbaric and extreme himself, while they sit comfortably in their leather chairs and couches sipping a Manhattan. However, like it or not, as in every nation trying to define and preserve borders, we need people like these to protect us from the enemies at the gate. People that can paint themselves into corners to provide recon, assistance, and the ultimate kill shot in the midst of war zones, who have to cruelly or coldly desensitize their mind to become a cog in a cold war machine in the midst of hell on earth-in the heat of battle. He called those people savages, but I doubt he really thought that completely, even if he wrote it. Just watch his ENTIRE interview on CONAN, that people are alluding to, sure its not a perfect interview to some, but it is an interview of a seasoned vet, a strong but flawed man, as we are all flawed people, who will be taken out of context with his simple black and white answers in interviews and books; but to point out, he uses self-deprecation to brush aside the fact he was able to mark a kill 2100 yards away (first became famous by shooting two moving targets with one shot). I can tell you that exceptional people in the South, in a form of combating ambiguity itself, ironically, choose extremes to focus and get er done, and to move on, but yes, practice freedom of speech and debate if this guy should be honored, that is one of the freedoms he sought to protect and that we should not take for granted as it not something you can do in Korea, China, or the Middle East. It maybe easy for us to go left and make change at a time of general peace, or go right, and buckle down during times of war and growing threat; but I dare not to be stuck in the middle, and its something we should fight for and understand every day-to not be simpleton elite bourgeoisie ourselves. I honor Chris Kyle, his team, and all the service men and women that sacrifice through the heat of battle, the demons attacking mind and body, and the cold-empty loneliness one has to reflect when distanced to complete ones work. https://youtube/watch?v=IiVDtNjORbY
