Remembering my beloved Grandpa Snyder on this April Fools Day, which was his birthday. Below he is teaching me to feed the beloved ducks in Lake Shore Park, Ashtabula, Ohio on one of my first summer vacations at the cottage. He was the quintessential Grandfather, gentle, loving, patient and kind and adored all of his grandchildren. Thank you for all the trips to the parks, museums, art galleries, planetariums and formal gardens. Thank you for furthering my curiosity about the world, and loving me and all your grandchildren absolutely and unconditionally, demonstrating what it really means to be a grandparent. Love and miss you.
