Reminder: This week is a happy hour week. For the Purgee newbies, this means that Friday, we have a slight change of schedule. In lieu of the regular 515 & 615 WOD, we have a special themed wod, and if you want to come play, you need to dress in theme (those that do not dress up will not WOD in this class). The theme this month is: Prancercise HERO Wod. Come dressed as your favorite hero, or made up hero, and we will be rockin you through a kick ass WOD that will definitely involve a little Prancersizing. :) Be at Purg at 515 Friday.
