We do it by: • Delivering a special blend of companionship as well as personal care • Careful matching of clients and CAREGivers so they share interests and life experiences • No uniforms – we believe they may create a barrier in the relationship • Minimum care visits of one hour or more, typically two hours (up to as much as 9 hours a day per client per day) • Personal introduction by a Senior CAREGiver with every new visit to a Client • Specialist dementia training for CAREGivers • All our CAREGivers undergo our own in-house training (4 full days of training) alongside a chance to gain a City and Guilds in Dementia alongside an NVQ in health and social care • Allowing for plenty of travelling time, and hours to suit your lifestyle with as few as 5 hours a week to 5 hours a day.
