Reminiscence Care Assistant Home Instead Senior Care – South Buckinghamshire Rates of pay from £7.50 to £9.50 per hour plus holiday pay. We are a Bourne End based company currently looking for enthusiastic, friendly, caring staff to join our team. We provide companionship-led care services to the elderly in their own homes and are looking for people in Beaconsfield and surrounding areas. Empathy is more important than experience as full training is provided. Car driver essential. We are the world’s No 1 home care provider for older people. We do it by: • Delivering a special blend of companionship as well as personal care • Careful matching of clients and CAREGivers so they share interests and life experiences • No uniforms – we believe they may create a barrier in the relationship • Minimum care visits of one hour or more, typically two hours (up to as much as 9 hours a day per client per day) • Personal introduction by a Senior CAREGiver with every new visit to a Client • Specialist dementia training for CAREGivers • All our CAREGivers undergo our own in-house training (4 full days of training) alongside a chance to gain a City and Guilds in Dementia alongside an NVQ in health and social care • Allowing for plenty of travelling time, and hours to suit your lifestyle with as few as 5 hours a week to 5 hours a day.
