Reminiscing about the good old days back home growing up. Thinking about the ice rink that my dad would make for us every winter in our field then warming up by the wood burning stove. Tons of fun riding our snowmobile and seeing the joy in my dads eyes when he would hop on and rev the engine and fly across the field. How many years did all the kids in Meire Grove put on plays in the city hall (the Christmas Carol). Lots of help from Imdiekes store in town from the candy canes to the costumes and bed sheets for the curtain. Also remember the times people in town would go around and sing Christmas carols to all the houses. Those really were the good old days.
