Renewing Drivers License at LTO Albay. I thought the NO NOON BREAK Policy is in place but the cashier is eating her lunch in her work station and transactions are suspended for about 40 minutes now. Is this the SOP on LTO? We have to endure the agony of waiting in a sauna like ambiance of the waiting area while they ate in the comforts of their cool workstations. I thought we are the bosses here? Anyare?
