Rep/set range I used to follow a pretty shit routine of 3sets 10 reps on about 6 different exercises Dont be scared to up or lower rep range each will have a different effect on muscle growth and stimulation For me Im concentrating on my arms so what Ill do is 5-8 sets on some particular arm exercise hitting up in the range of 15 reps making my arms feel as though their going to explode Then ill not train them the next day but then train them again the day after Maximising muscle growth, Ill continue this until Im satisfied with my results Dont complicate your workouts with multiple exercises Just up your sets and really isolate those target areas RT
