Repentance involves saying: "I am sorry for that…". Though it is not popular today, it is the number one way to take a load off of your shoulders and make things right with God. Simple, but yet difficult because our very nature wants to hide our mistakes. Today, be quick to repent. Keep a short list with the Lord. When you mess up in life, tell the Lord you are sorry, accept His forgiveness and then get on with your life. In doing so you completely disable the enemy who is preparing to use this information against you anyway.
