Report:KSRTC is to be privatized.Far better than squeezing the public to meet salary expenses of employees.A simple question comes.KSRTCis being run for the convenience of the public.Normally what income is generated from the operation salary of employees and other benefits are to be fixed based on the income not by squeezing,further squeezing the public,to be noted is a private operator who starts operating with one bus becomes owner of few buses in a couple of years.A clear indication that officials,all employees in collusion with politicians looting the public.If KSRTC is to be run at least break even point must relook strength of officials,operating staff etc salary structure and perks of employees free passes etc i=If this not possible the only way left is liquidation,The sess imposed on passengers to meet the pension expense of employees must be withdrawn>Passengers must oppose the move firmly.It is not the responsibility of passengers but of the administration.If they cant let them privatise KSRTC.At least it will look after commuters requirement and fill exchequer also
