Reports have it that the new case of ebola in d united states had actually presented to a hospital earlier with symptoms of vomiting and informed the nurse on duty that he came from Liberia. This information, according to the health officials was not communicated properly to the hospital authorities and the man was sent home on antibiotics. Now this man has had contact with children and who knows how many more people. Its so easy to castigate Africa and Africans about this ebola outbreak, stories depicting how overwhelmed and under prepared our health structures are fill the western media . As true as this is, its a little dissapointing to see a whole America fall victim to this scourge out of negligence. Moral of the story; it could happen to any country. Hope the news headlines on CNN would include America on those maps of countries affected by ebola.
