Repost: Before and after: bake pork chops 6 pork chops Season salt Garlic powder Trinity: onion, bellpepper, celery chopped Serrano peppers 1/3 wine 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup flour 2 eggs 2 cups of bread crumb 1 can of golden cream of mushroom Rinse and pat dry pork chops, season both sides of season salt and garlic powder. set aside whisk eggs, bread crumbs, and flour. Your fire should be medium/high, dip pork chops in egg, flour, then bread crumbs; repeat. Fry each side for 5 minutes, until golden brown. Remove chops set aside, chop veggies(trinity) with serrano peppers and saute in small skillet, with a little oil. Add chop garlic as well until veggies are tender(add garlic towards the end. Place chops in a 9x13 glass baking dish, spread veggies around chops, mix wine, milk, and cream of mushrooms in a medium bowl and pour over chops. Preheat oven to 300 and bake covered in foil for 1 hour and 1/2. Done!
