Repost: Plea for Patches “We received a call on Saturday evening with a report that this poor pooch had been hit by a car. We initially thought she was badly hurt as there was so much blood, but fortunately she just lost a couple of teeth, nothing serious. The owner has informed us that she is unable to keep her in the yard and we must find her a new home and they do not think the poor dog is worth the cost of medical bill. Patches is such a sweet little pooch, but unfortunately she is not doing well in the kennel as she is extremely nervous, and instead of running around like all the playmates she prefers to just sit in a corner shivering. We urgently need to find her a loving new home where she can believe she is worth the effort and restore her faith in humans again.
