Republican outreach to the Black Community: 1. One of my better friends is black 2. I watched Roots - kind of 3. I think Halle Berry is hot 4. Their forefathers spent hours on their feet under the blazing sun. They wont mind waiting in line for hours to exercise the right to vote. So we shut down the voting precincts nearest to them. 5. Some of our richest supporters own pro basketball teams. 6. Racism is a thing of the past. You are welcome. 7. Ignore our voting record and listen to our new message 8. We can point to, maybe 5, of your people who agree with us. 9. Once we convince you that you are poor because you want to be, and you are lazy, all you have to do is stop being poor. 10. Listen to the white man.
