Request for support: I need some encouragement. I have been separated/ divorced for 4 years. In that time he has convinced my 15 year old daughter and 14 year old son to live with him but not full time with him. 5 days when he is home 5 days with his parents. Last year my youngest son 13 years old was diagnosed with lukemia. My ex left him at home alone while he was going through chemo treatments, often my son had to clean up his own vomit while my ex was out socializing with friends and women. He often left my son alone in the hosp while getting blood transfusions to go across the street to go have a few beers. He left my son in 34 degrees Celsius in a hot car in a strange city to run errands. The list goes on. He neglected our sons needs. My son requested to live with me full time because he feels safer with me. I dont leave him. He wants nothing to do with his father. We encourage him to have communication with his father but he has requested that we stop encouraging to go go see him. My ex lies about everything and twists and turns his lies and he is so believable that my 15 and 13 year old believe him. My 13 year old son decided to live with his dad because we dont go to church and him and his family make sure I have zero contact with my daughter, changing email address and phone #. We still share 5/5 with 14 year old son but since he made that choice to live with his dad we see him once a week for a few hours. My lawyer does absolutely nothing and with my 14 year old son I know I cant because of his age. Im just frustrated because my ex tells my kids lies about me saying Im evil and possessed. My hands are tied and there is nothing I can do.
