Request to please suspend the co-accused Dr. Shatanand Brahmchari, Director, Institute of Animal Health and Production, Bihar, Patna under section 9(1)(A) of the C.C.A. Rule, 2005 and to initiate Departmental Proceedings to take stern action against him. Dr. Shatanand Brahmchari, according to reliable sources, has submitted the false and wrong affidavits in the court only to save the main culprit Dr. Dharmendra singh (presently suspended), which is completely against the stand/ decision of the respondent department. It is a clear-cut case of serious misconduct and criminal breach of trust with his own employer government. By doing so he has clearly violated the rule 5(8) of the Bihar State Litigation Policy, 2011. He has also disobeyed the initial order of the department for his corrupt motives.
