Hello, my name is Bethany Aragon and today I saw Dr. Ferrera and he thought you might be able to help me. What happened was I received my cannabis card in Nov. 2013 by United Health and Wellness of Sacramento located at 936 Enterprise Drive suite A, 95825. So June 2014 a cop stopped my car because the back seat passenger did not have his seat belt on and I had marijuana in my possession because my papers were at home I was written a ticket. I have court this Thursday and I lost my papers in my move a few weeks ago. So I went back to the clinic and they closed down supposedly because they were not doing it legal so now I have no way of retrieving my prescription. I asked the one cannabis dispensary I went to proof that I was buying there legally since last November but they told me they had nothing to give me.
