Salary- 5500 to 6000 JD Pre-Requisites • Indian, Age 35 yrs, Excellent in English & Computer literacy • Diploma / BE/B-Tech in Civil or Mech engineering • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction • Construction background with on Site work experience, Cost Control, Quality, Inspections, Documentations, Approvals, Execution of work. • Good command over Engineering Applications/Designs, & knowledge of preparing Estimation, Pre-qualification, Method Statement, Risk Analysis, • Candidates with GCC Driving License will be given priority Roles & Responsibilities • New business development & Increasing Market Share & Penetrations • Responsible for the performance, profit and loss & statutory compliance • Cost control & profitability • Drive the financial and strategic development of the company • Administration & System control – QMS & FM • Project management – Mega Projects • Manage & Control the business & administration of allocated Unit/s. • Establish organizational objectives and goals for all departments. • Deal closing favoring Company considering Profit margins, negotiations, Contracts review & approval. • To represent the Company before clients, suppliers, authorities & various firms as required. • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
