Qualification : Diploma Mechanical Exp : 3 to 5 Yrs Salary : 3 to 4.5 LPA Specific Criteria - The Candidate must be Domicile of Uttrakhand only. Job Profile : 1. Responsible for development of spares for high speed operating machines such as ACMA, Stamping machine, Wrapping machine, Powder filling machine. 2. Should have an idea of bearing , its usage and application 3. Should have an exposure of compressor operation, scroll, piston and screw its operation and working Cycle 4. Good amount of knowledge of gears, gear train mechanism, MOC & Gear box 5. Exposure of Chillers and HVAC operating and maintenance 6. Execution and implementation of preventative maintenance schedule of machine 7. Maintain the list for machine standards & identify critical spares required 8. Root cause analysis for the failure of machine, downtime analysis and attending breakdowns 9. Knowledge of various types of pumps, conveyors. 10. Knowledge of computer fundamental and working knowledge of Windows, MS-Office & Internet. 11.
