*****Rescue News*****: Ziggy Reunion with Holli Miller. Two years ago it was Holli that called me to say she had an extremely emaciated Shepherd that needed urgent help we said yes bring him and her son brought Ziggy to us the next day. Ziggy weighed all but 28 lbs when he arrived at Rescue Ive attached a few of our old Ziggy flyers that tell a bit about Ziggy who is now acting as our Therapy K9. To make a long story short, Holli needed our assistance again with a Great Dane mix that I named Dolly. She was picked up emaciated and full of milk, finders of Dolly could not locate her puppies, Dolly ended up sitting in a very high kill rural shelter when Holli decided to get her out of there, I saw the post needing help and decided to assist. Sometimes its just a feeling of needing to help a certain dog in destress so Dolly is now here and settling in at Rescue Camp. At first we thought she was pure Dane but she is very small boxer size so I am thinking she maybe a Boxer/Dane mix but with some much needed medical care and food Dolly will make an excellent companion, maybe even a great Service Dog Candidate because she is that sweet and very trainable.
