Reservation Sales Associate Weekdays: Earliest shift starts by 6am, Latest shift starts by 1pm (ends 10pm latest). Weekends: 6am – 3pm Job Responsibilities: • Generate sales over the phone for our Starwood properties worldwide by offering relevant recommendations on hotel reservations to enhance guests’ stay experiences • Provide an on-brand customer experience, assist customers in a professional manner • Manage enquiries for our award-winning loyalty program, Starwood Preferred Guest Requirements: • Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level with related experiences • Experience in hospitality / travel or contact centre will be advantageous • Excellent telephone etiquette and good customer service mindset • Effectively bilingual with good proficiency in spoken and written English plus anyone of the following native languages – Japanese or Bahasa Indonesia • Able to multi-task, results-driven and highly motivated personality • Outgoing personality and enjoy working with people • Team player who is also able to work independently • Computer literacy is a must • Able to work on shifts / weekends / public holidays • Only Singaporean / PR need to apply https://starwoodhotels/ • Answering telephone promptly and entering guest reservations into computer system according to the appropriate category while using the hotels selling strategy and knowledge of the rates, package plans and hotel services, in order to close up sales and up well the hotel. • Maintaining good relationship with all guests and implementing procedures for giving special attention to VIPS. • Maintaining a working knowledge of sales, credit policy and different room types and hotel services. • Amend and cancel reservation as guest request. • To negotiate, convince and sell to potential guests. Pay Structure: S$2,150 basic + S$330 shift allowance + Incentives
