Resident Evil 6 Coming September 12, 2014. Milla Jovovich returns in the final installment of the long-running action-horror franchise, based on the popular video game. Director Paul W.S. Anderson is in early stages of development on the follow-up to last year’s Resident Evil: Retribution. In the sixth installment, Washington, D.C. has become another safe haven during the outbreak. The White House is surrounded by a large barrier wall that prevents millions of zombies from entering, but the Umbrella Corporation’s deadly T-virus continues to ravage the Earth. The human race’s last and only hope, Alice (Jovovich) continues to hunt those responsible for the outbreak aided by new-found allies and familiar friends.
