Residents of Benton Harbor my focus is on the redevelopment and rehabilitation of the City of Benton Harbor. I consented to an open debate that was to be hosted by the Delta Sigma Theta. I was recently notified that they will not be hosting a debate. I refuse to play politics in a staged debate hosted by the media (Herald Palladium, ABC57, WSJM). Both candidates must be sitting down. No questions from the audience. Etc. I am not running for Mayor of the City of Benton Harbor for photo opts and media exposure. I am trying to increase the minimum wage, fix pot holes, produce job growth and empower residents. My opponent can sit and pontificate with the media. I have work to do.
