Residents of Emakhazeni...Please let me know if there are Voters who will need special votes ( IEC home visits 5th May & Voting station 6th May)...e.g My reason for applying for a special vote is as follows (please mark the applicable block): 1.I declare that I am as a result of my physical infirmity, disability or pregnancy unable to travel to a voting station and wish to be furnished with a ballot paper at the following address: Street name and number / House number and Zone / Room number and Hostel Suburb / Township / City / Town Other address (rural) 2.I declare I that am an officer serving in the election or a member of the security services on duty in connection with the election and will be absent from the voting station in the voting district where I am registered as a voter on voting day. 3.I declare that I will be absent from the voting district in which I am registered to vote on voting day. 4.I declare that I will be absent from the Republic on voting day. 5.I declare that I will be absent from the Republic on voting day and will be serving as a member of the security services.
