Resign from your current work now and youll find out something: Attempt, threaten to and/or resign from your current job right now and for me I strongly believe that you must surely discover the value of yourself. Until I became a full business owner, self employed & employer I had worked for 13 companies including an Indian bank (Bank of Baroda), Atlantis Radio, Busy Internet, 2 newspapers as investigative journalist, Cable Gold Digital TV, and many more in full & part time and others on consultancy module and until resigned the hard way, sometimes my resignation clearly sounding & looking absolute stupid in the face of almost everyone around me, and going out to finding the actual wealth of my professional & academic competencies I didnt know that ALL BUSINESS OWNERS, EMPLOYERS & ENTREPRENEURS NEVER PAY ANY OF THEIR OF STAFFS WHAT THEY ACTUALLY WEALTH ON THE JOB. This one, however, Im equally guilty also as an employer, maybe the biggest culprit. The hard truth, which Im sure many people will contest and/or doubt, especially about 90% of Ghanaian employees both successful & non-successful is that NO company, organization and/or an enterprise, no matter what, for which you work for can pay you a monthly salary which youre wealth exactly. I used a monthly because in Ghana for we pay by the month ending per our constitution & TUC labor law. Im a business owner, employer & a young growing entrepreneur and fast & critical learner who like to study life the hard ways most time because I dont fear anything in life but God the Most.
