Resolutions - most of us do this, every year. For me, saying I will... or I want... just arent strong enough to help me make changes. If the change is to happen, I have to make the switch from future tense to present, otherwise Im dialing in on more of this feeling of dissatisfaction with where I am, now. So, without further intro, here I am, 2015... I shake my ass and dance wherever I want. I wear a bikini in public. I eat when I am hungry, and do not need approval. I take care of myself and give both my body & soul the support, nourishment, and encouragement they need to be healthy. I am a successful student of Life, the Universe, and Everything. I laugh at myself when I am silly. I also sing, write, draw, smile, and cry too, for no other reason than a feeling got too big to hold inside. I ask for support from my friends and framily when I am down. I say - screw the filters. This is me. Love me or leave me alone, but I am unbreakable. I kiss, hug, love, laugh, and cry,as often as I want. Approval is not needed, but accept me just the way I am. I am the change I want to see, in this world.
