Resort Brand Director Mô tả công việc: - Advise and establish a the strategic planning for the resort brands of the company and propose a plan to implement these strategies. - Coordinate with the Project Management team to consult the Board of Committee on the evaluation and selection of contractors for the designs of the hotels & resort complex - Implement approved strategies and plan for the development of the resorts brand. Manage all activities related to Brand Management of the company. - Travel when required. Workplace is in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa province Yêu cầu công việc: - Male/Female, 40 years or older - Nationality: Foreigners or Vietnamese -Education: Graduated University in either Economics, Commerce, Business Administration or Business Administration in Hotel/Tourism. - At least 5 years of experience in Brand Development and 10 years in Hotel Management - Able to understand that most areas related to business activities. -Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with foreign partners (listening, speaking, reading and writing), knowledge of Russian is an advantage. - Charismatic, Dynamic. Good communication and negotiation skills
