The delegate application fees for internal delegates is Rs. 400 (inclusive of food, transportation and Delegate kit) 3. The delegate application fees for external delegates is Rs. 500 (inclusive of food, transportation and Delegate kit) 4. The first round of allotments will be out by 8th of August 2014. 5.
