Responce to the KOL Bangaluru press release: KOL Deleated our replay and banned our volunteers, cowards are not able to stay for a debate in FB ?? then how you will conduct a campaign by challenging Police and administration ?? KOL cannot approach civil courts for protecting their right to conduct the event as planned, unless its infringed by the authority. KOL cannot show apprehension or will not able to prove locusstandie and primafacie case ....... and please dont compare this with Richard Gere and another Vs. State held by appex court, the circumstances are entirely different. In Kerala also, a case was filed against KOL marine drive event, and the high court rejected the plea only because the govt Pleader assured maintenance of law and order from the side off police. But in the case of KOL banglaluru event police is not giving a confidence certificate over your campaign. So whoever breaking the police warnings, will face heavy charges under different laws, and those may be cognizable/non billable. You may get bail or acquit in a later point, but this will take a prolonged period; and that will definitely affect your career.
