Response actions continue at the SW Energy/Salt Wash spill site near Utah’s Green River. After initial measures contained the oil spill last week, runoff from intense rains on Saturday night flowed past containment and washed some product into the river. A 2nd containment structure has since been installed and is preventing the migration of oil.
