Restaurant Manager My client, a stunning boutique hotel is seeking a Restaurant Manager. My client is looking for someone with the ability to deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service, with experience in managerial aspects of a prestigious fine dining environment. You will be customer focused with extensive knowledge of food and service. You MUST have relevant experience in a one or two Michelin starred property or equivalent Rosette skill set; be friendly, charming, enthusiastic, well presented with good manners and excellent communication skills. Enthusiasm and a true passion for providing an unforgettable dining experience, and the ability to motivate and manage the team, are essential attributes for this role. This position would suit a current Restaurant Manager looking to take their career to the next step or an extremely accomplished Assistant Restaurant Manager.
